These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of andetechnologies.com and the apps we offer, including Presh (together, the "Services"), operated by Ande Technologies LLC ("Ande Technologies," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We build fast, focused tools for capturing and exploring your own data, and let you connect the AI provider of your choice to help make sense of it. Presh is a feeding-tracker app for parents and caregivers. Our other products, including ande.games, are separate gaming experiences offered on their own sites.

Bring-Your-Own-AI Feature

Presh allows you to optionally connect your own account with a third-party AI provider (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to ask questions about your data. We do not build or control the AI models you connect to, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or output of any third-party AI provider. Your use of a connected AI provider is subject to that provider's own terms of service.

Not Medical Advice

Presh is a data-logging tool. Nothing in Presh, and no response generated by an AI provider you connect, is medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your child's health or feeding.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping any account credentials secure, and for using the Services in compliance with applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including our branding, design, and content, are owned by Ande Technologies LLC or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter into our Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ande Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Ande Technologies LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.
